Key Points:
PrEP can help protect you if you DON’T have HIV and ANY of the following apply to you:
- You have had unprotected anal or vaginal sex without know your partners’ status.
- You inject drugs and share equipment or use with others that may have HIV.
- You have been prescribed PEP and continue to express risk behaviors.
