Community Resource Initiative’s BRIDGE Team provides health insurance and benefits program enrollment, guidance, outreach, and training to individuals and organizations throughout Massachusetts.

At Program RISE we offer free condoms (internal/external) and lube. Along with comprehensive sexual health educational materials.

Community Resource Initiative leads the fight against HIV and other infectious diseases. A unique, public health nonprofit, we provide access and support through drug assistance, insurance support, prevention, and research—all to make Massachusetts a healthier place for every resident of the Commonwealth.
4. MAPS- Massachusetts Alliance of Portuguese Speakers
MAPS works with and for the Brazilian, Cabo Verdean, Portuguese and other Portuguese-speaking communities to increase access and remove barriers to health, education and social services through direct services, advocacy, leadership, and community development.
5. Residential Assistance for Families in Transition (RAFT)
The Residential Assistance for Families in Transition (RAFT) program provides short-term emergency funding to help you with eviction, foreclosure, loss of utilities, and other housing emergencies.
6. SMOC- The Housing Opportunity for Persons with AIDS
The Housing Opportunity for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) provides housing information, tenancy preservation, housing counseling, search and placement services to individuals and families living with HIV/AIDS.
