3. The Day Center
Looking for hygiene, food or shelter aid? Stop by the day center where you can access resource aid and also explore additional case management, community outreach, and referrals to care. Walk-ins welcomed!

4. Common Ground Resource Center (SMOC)
Need support in getting housing or maintaining your current housing? SMOC’s Common Ground Resource Center coordinates housing referrals and support for multiple integrated programs.

5. Emergency Shelters (SMOC)
SMOC operates three emergency shelters, two for Men and one for Women.

6. MGH Sexual Health Clinic
The Massachusetts General Hospital Sexual Health Clinic promotes sexual health by providing screening and treatment of sexually transmitted infections as well as preventive services, including HIV pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP).

7. Partner Services Program
Partner services provided by the MDPH helps people diagnosed with STDs, including HIV, get treated for their infection, notify their partners that they might have been exposed to an STD, and helps partners get testing and medical care.

8. Q Care Plus
Q Care Plus Partners with Justice Resource Institute to offer online PrEP and doxy-PEP services and prescriptions.

9. BRIDGE
Community Resource Initiative’s BRIDGE Team provides health insurance and benefits program enrollment, guidance, outreach, and training to individuals and organizations throughout Massachusetts.

At Program RISE we offer free condoms (internal/external) and lube. Along with comprehensive sexual health educational materials.

11. Community Resource Initiative
Community Resource Initiative leads the fight against HIV and other infectious diseases. A unique, public health nonprofit, we provide access and support through drug assistance, insurance support, prevention, and research—all to make Massachusetts a healthier place for every resident of the Commonwealth.

12. MAPS- Massachusetts Alliance of Portuguese Speakers
MAPS works with and for the Brazilian, Cabo Verdean, Portuguese and other Portuguese-speaking communities to increase access and remove barriers to health, education and social services through direct services, advocacy, leadership, and community development.

13. Residential Assistance for Families in Transition (RAFT)
The Residential Assistance for Families in Transition (RAFT) program provides short-term emergency funding to help you with eviction, foreclosure, loss of utilities, and other housing emergencies.

14. Victory Programs
At Victory Programs they believe that when folks are safely housed, they’re much more likely to address their health, addictions, and other issues. They use a “housing first” approach that includes stabilization services, emergency shelter, transitional and permanent housing, housing search and advocacy, case management, and more.

15. SMOC- The Housing Opportunity for Persons with AIDS
The Housing Opportunity for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) provides housing information, tenancy preservation, housing counseling, search and placement services to individuals and families living with HIV/AIDS.
