We provide short term assistance to help connect people to necessary services and resources, including but not limited to:

• Housing support
• Legal Support/Consultations
• Health Insurance
• Substance use treatment (rehabilitation services, MAT, etc.)
• Connecting to medical providers
• Obtaining IDs/Driver’s License
• Applying to SSI
