1. DoxyPEP (STI Prevention)

2. HIV Prevention Medication (PrEP/PEP)
At Program RISE we offer on demand PrEP and PEP prescriptions through Q Care Plus. PrEP and PEP are preventative HIV medication that can reduce the risk of getting HIV before or after exposure.
4. HIV, Hepatitis C, and STI Testing
Free, confidential testing for HIV, hepatitis C, and syphilis blood test, and chlamydia/ gonorrhea by urine or swabs to diagnose and treat infection early.
5. Community Outreach
Team goes out into the community to engage with clients and inform community members about the services available.
6. Short-term Health Navigation
We provide short-term assistance to help connect people to necessary services and resources. Services and resources are not limited to substance use services, but only clients eligible for SSP services are allowed to use this service.
7. Harm Reduction Counseling
A licensed clinician is available to offer low barrier mental health counseling based on harm reduction principles. You have the power to draw your own path!
8. Overdose Prevention Services
At RISE we offer a series of services aimed at reducing fatal overdoses and increasing response preparedness within our communities. These services include Nalaxone distribution, overdose prevention and response training, Nalaxone education, test strip distribution, and safer use practices.
9. Peer Support
We offer weekly support groups and one-on-one, individualized support for clients who are living with HIV. We provide support and education on topics such as mental health, relationships, sexual health, stigma, substance use, communication, and much more. Services are available in person at our office or via phone. Services are available in English and Spanish.
10. Housing Search and Advocacy
We know that safe and affordable housing is essential for health. This program offers housing support for clients living with HIV. Are you behind on your rent or seeking a new home? Our housing advocates may be able to assist. We help clients search for apartments, assist with applying to voucher waitlists, and make referrals for financial assistance. Services are offered in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
11. Medical Case Management
We provide support with the medical side of living with HIV. Each client is paired with a medical case manager, who assists the client with health insurance, medication access, medical appointments, and referrals to care. Services are offered in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
